The Offenhauser 6128 – Ford 351 Cleveland 2V Heads, Single Quad Dial-a-flow Manifold works with single 4 barrel carbs. Fits all 2V style heads commonly equipped on vehicle models 1970-74.
This manifold can be used with or without flow control inserts. For High RPM High HP applications.

The Offenhauser 6133 Stage II Flow Control Insert works with the Offenhauser Dial-a-Flow Manifold series.
