Policies, Terms and Conditions

All items manufactured by Offenhauser Sales Corp. are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials unless specifically noted in writing. No labor claims are allowed on products we manufacture and/or distribute. If for any reason there is any doubt pertaining to a particular application, we recommend the customer contact us before making modifications to any kit or product. If a product is modified, any guarantee or warranty is thereby voided.


No account is necessary to place an order. Simply place your item(s) in the cart and go to check out. Please be sure to double check the spelling on your email and shipping address to ensure your order is fulfilled promptly. Your receipt will be emailed to you after the transaction has been completed.


If you order something with a future estimated ship date, this means the item is currently not in stock. These items are considered “backordered.” Any backordered items will not be charged at the time of order and will remain on backorder unless canceled in writing by the buyer. Backordered items will be billed when shipped.

Changes or Cancellations

Any order changes or cancellations must be completed prior to shipment. Items on orders that are changed or canceled after shipment has taken place will be subject to restocking fees. Please send requests for changes or cancellations by email to



We accept all major credit or debit cards. Venmo, PayPal, and other options are not supported at this time.

General Shipping and Routing:

  1. All domestic shipments will be sent as ground shipments via the following carriers unless specified otherwise: USPS, UPS.
  2. Tracking information will be provided to the buyer within 24 hours of the time of shipment.
  3. All orders are subject to shipping charges unless specified otherwise.
  4. Order processing times for shipments of in stock items is 1-3 business days. Orders received before 1pm PST may be shipped the same day. Ordering before 1pm PST does not guarantee same day shipment.
  5. Will call or pick-up orders are not offered at this time.
  6. Shipping addresses are the physical location where your order will be delivered. This must be a valid shipping address that is serviced by USPS, UPS, and/or DHL. PO boxes cannot be used as a ship to address.
  7. Our warehouse ships orders Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends or the following national holidays:
    1. New Year’s Day
    2. Memorial Day
    3. 4th of July
    4. Labor Day
    5. Thanksgiving Day
    6. Christmas Day

International Shipments:

8. Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to additional fees including but not limited to duties, taxes, tariffs, shipping and handling fees.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise:

We apologize for your inconvenience and we will do what it takes to make it right. All claims for either damaged in transit or missing parts merchandise must be reported to customer service. We will make a determination and either replace, exchange, or refund your product.


We try to give our customers the highest quality products obtainable. Offy Direct shall not be liable for consequential damages caused by the breach of any warranty in excess of the purchase price of the product sold. Offy Direct warrants each product, to be free from defects in both workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided that the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use and service and that the product is not modified or changed in any way, nor damaged because of negligence by customer or installer or used for racing or competition purposes.

Customers who receive a defective product should contact customer service promptly. Customers may be asked to provide photos of the product along with an explanation of the problem via email before a return is authorized. The product shall be returned freight prepaid. Offy Direct will perform an inspection of the product. If that inspection indicates defects in workmanship or material, our sole obligation shall be to repair or replace the product. Warranty covers only the product, not the cost of installation or removal.

Offy Direct offers a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed 30-day refund policy. Return any new or unused part within 30 days of purchasing and we’ll refund the purchase price.

Products that are more than 90 days old -OR- show evidence of wear or use, are subject to a restocking fee.

Return merchandise must have prior approval and must carry a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number. Unauthorized items will not be accepted for credit and will be returned at customer’s expense or disposed of. Items returned as defective are subject to inspection by the factory whose decision is final.


The following items cannot be returned, unless there is a Valid Warranty Issue: (1) Any part that shows evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly (2) Custom-ordered or personalized products (3) Single use items such as gaskets or stickers.


  • ●  If you have discarded the original packaging materials, the UPS or FedEx store can help to ensure that your return arrives in resalable condition.
  • ●  All returns are subject to inspection.
  • ●  Items that exceed the 30 day time limit or show evidence of use will be charged a Restocking Fee.
  • ●  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • ●  If your order included any “special offer” or “free parts”, they must also be returned or the value may be deducted from your refund.
  • ●  Products that show signs of excessive age, abuse, or improper handling may be rejected.
  • ●  These exceptions will be returned to sender or disposed of, based on the customer’s preference. Restocking Fees Pricing of returned items is based on the original purchase price. Restocking fees are calculated at 20% of the original purchase price. Refund Payment Methods: Most refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. However, some refunds may be paid by check. If required, Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees may be deducted from the amount of your refund. We DO NOT issue refunds by wire transfer. If you are due a refund, we will contact you to coordinate a refund payment method.

Note to California Customers

These parts are not legal for use in California on vehicles manufactured after 1975. Parts are for racing vehicles only and are not compliant with CARB EO standards for vehicles operating on city roads or state highways.

It is legal to market, sell and install performance aftermarket parts not covered by a CARB EO on racing vehicles. Nevertheless, it is illegal to market, sell or install those same parts on an emission-controlled vehicle for operation on a public highway.

A CARB Executive Order (EO) is a written document that verifies compliance with California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations. EOs are issued for on-road and off-road vehicles and engines, and are categorized by type. For example, EOs may be issued for vehicles or products that meet specific emissions standards, or for aftermarket parts that have been evaluated by CARB and shown not to increase vehicle emissions.
