The Offenhauser 6286-90 Adapter Plate mounts to AFB / Edelbrock and Holley 4150 flanges.
Recessed mounting holes allow you to rotate your standard 4150 Holley or AFB / Edelbrock bolt pattern 90 Degrees.
Adapter Plate adds 1/2″ height and includes mounting hardware. 5775 gasket Included.
