International Shipping Policy

Offenhauser Sales Corp. is pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.
Taxes, Duties, Tariffs, and Fees
All taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges must be paid in full prior to shipment. Once your order is prepared and the selected carrier calculates the final shipping and import-related costs, you will be contacted with the balance due.
Orders will not be shipped until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Final Payment Notification
You will be contacted by email with the final shipping costs and any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges required to complete your shipment. Payment of these charges is required before your order can be released for shipment.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Prior to shipment, Offenhauser Sales Corp. will provide photographs of the items included in your order for your review and inspection. These photographs will be sent at the same time as the final payment notification.
The photographs provided constitute the customer’s final opportunity to inspect and approve the order before shipment. By approving the shipment and submitting any remaining balance due, you acknowledge that the products meet your expectations and are acceptable for shipment.
No Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, no modifications, cancellations, corrections, or changes can be made.
International Returns
International returns may be accepted only with prior authorization from Offenhauser Sales Corp.
The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise, including but not limited to:
- Return shipping charges
- Customs duties
- Taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Tariffs
- Any other fees assessed during the return process
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and other import-related fees are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise must be received in new, unused condition, in the original packaging and is subject to inspection before any refund is issued. Refunds will be issued in accordance with Offenhauser Sales Corp.’s return policies and may be subject to applicable restocking fees.
Warranty Claims
Any warranty claim requests must be reviewed and approved by Offenhauser Sales Corp. Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, or other documentation before a warranty determination is made.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs, taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges associated with importing or returning products.

Any international shipment that is refused by the customer, abandoned, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier or customs authorities shall remain the responsibility of the customer. The customer agrees to reimburse Offenhauser Sales Corp. for all costs incurred as a result, including but not limited to return freight charges, carrier fees, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, storage charges, disposal fees, and any other related expenses. Such amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund or billed separately to the customer.
