The Offenhauser 5205 is a triple carburetor intake manifold designed for the early Ford 200 six-cylinder engines (1969 and earlier). The correct carburetors for the 5205 are three one-barrel carbs. Specifically, you would typically use stock Ford one-barrel carburetors of the original style. The manifold is designed so that the center carb bolting surface matches the original carb position, and you will machine the head and manifold for the two additional outer carbs.

Be aware that installation requires machine work to the cylinder head and the intake portion of the original head, since these engines had the intake integrally cast with the head. The 5205 manifold acts as an adapter to convert the engine to a triple one-barrel carburetor setup. Holley 1-44, Autolite, and Motor Craft are all recommended carburetors.
